Event Description
Brought to you by AORE Vendor Member, Wilderness Medicine Training Center! This is a standard 9-day Wilderness First Responder (WFR) course sponsored by the Northwest Outward Bound School (NWOBS). The course is held in Mazama, in the beautiful Methow Valley of central Washington.

Details
Course Details
The course runs 9 days and classes start at 8:00 am. The course is comprised of a mixture of lectures, simulations and simple labs. The Heli-Barn in Mazama offers easy access to numerous realistic simulation sites right out the door. 

Cost
Tuition is $650 and does not include lodging or meals.

Logistical Details
There are places to stay and eat loally in Mazama and the nearby town of Winthrop. You will receive more details upon registration.

Please Note: the majority of students in this WFR course will be part of the Northwest Outward Bound School's summer Instructor Development Course. Drinking, smoking and drugs are not permitted.
