Event Description
The GCC Conference Planning Committee invites you to register for the 2018 GCC Annual Conference, held June 26-29, 2018, in Madison, Wisconsin. This year, the conference theme is “Discovery and Development: Empowering Others, Empowering Ourselves.”
The conference will take place at the Pyle Center on the University of Wisconsin-Madison campus on the shores of Lake Mendota and at the Madison Concourse Hotel located in beautiful downtown Madison. The Pyle Center and the Madison Concourse are a 15-minute walk apart, largely linked by the State Street pedestrian mall lined with shops and restaurants.
Preliminary Schedule and Programming
June 26: “New Graduate Career Professionals Workshop,” Madison Concourse Hotel
This pre-conference session is an all-day workshop intended for conference registrants who are new to the profession or to working specifically with graduate students or postdoctoral scholars.
June 26: Opening evening reception for all conference attendees, Madison Concourse Hotel
June 27 – June 28: Events held at the Pyle Center, UW-Madison campus
June 29: Conference concludes at noon. Events held at the Madison Concourse Hotel.
