Details:
Under limited supervision, manage annual programs and special projects in support of the Wastewater Treatment workgroup essential to the operations and maintenance of the Boulder Water Resource Recovery Facility (WRRF) and Boulder Lift Station. Manage the major rehabilitation program, serve as Project Manager for minor capital projects, lead major procurement efforts for the workgroup, and foster the workgroup’s progress on Wastewater Treatment programs and Work Plan priorities, including managing the electronic O&M manual and other electronic records and resources. Assist manager to track and complete regulatory compliance reporting and renewable natural gas revenue generation and accounting.

Qualifications:
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor of Science Degree in science, engineering, or other field that would support project management at a Water Treatment Facility or Water Resource Recovery Facility

Two (2) or more years of experience in progressively responsible positions in water or wastewater treatment or water infrastructure construction or any equivalent combination of education and experience

Ability to obtain Colorado Wastewater Treatment Certification within two years of hire.

Ability to walk, kneel, and climb while performing field inspections and operations and in confined spaces.
