Minimum Qualifications:

GS-03: You qualify for the GS-03 level (starting salary $35,947.00) if you have completed at least one full academic year of post high-school study.

GS-04: You qualify for the GS-04 (starting salary $40,351.00) if you have completed at least two full academic years of post high-school study or an associate's degree.
