We focus on a wide range of styles from traditional lagers, IPA\'s, Sours, and Stouts. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all phases of brewing, including milling, mashing, lautering, boiling, whirlpooling, cooling, and fermentation.
Monitor fermentation, maturation, and conditioning processes to ensure optimal beer quality.
Operate, maintain, and clean brewing equipment and facilities to ensure a safe and hygienic work environment.
Develop and refine recipes for our core and seasonal beers.
Conduct quality control checks and sensory evaluations to ensure product consistency and excellence.
Manage packaging operations, including kegging and bottling.
Maintain accurate records of brewing operations, inventory management, and production schedules.
Adhere to all safety protocols and industry regulations.

Qualifications:
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of professional brewing experience in a commercial brewery setting.
Strong passion for craft beer and a comprehensive understanding of brewing processes and equipment.
Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 55 lbs) and perform physically demanding tasks.
Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a small team-oriented environment.
Formal brewing education or certification is a plus.
