Details:
Water Rights Management with pipelines, two storage reservoirs, and monthly reporting to CDWR.
Delivery of Water pumped from the river or from two deep wells into a treatment facility to a 44,000 gallon tank to a gravity fed pipeline to 29 households.
Meter reading and then Bi monthly billing.
Collections, Accounts Payable and Receivable, Budgeting and Administration.

Qualifications:
Colorado Certified Class C Water Operator. Business abilities. A Vehicle to reach mountain forest service roads to water structures. Probably some kind of sub contractor staff available for backup.

Comments:
Founded in 1929, SWCA is a 501(C)12 non-profit corporation. A Board of Directors oversees the organization. Previously a mostly volunteer group that is now transitioning into a professionally led organization of sub-contractors.
