The South Adams County Water & Sanitation District (SACWSD), dedicated to providing reliable, affordable and sustainable water resources and services to its customers in order to protect public health, the environment, and quality of life is seeking a Supervisor in our IT Department.
This position will provide leadership and guidance to the team as well as:
• Oversee and direct the IT team, projects and programs.
• Assist with installation, maintenance and repair ensuring our infrastructure supports our operations
• Assist with system troubleshooting, protocols, security, networking, backups, updates
• Coordinate with a variety of personnel to understand needs, develop strategies and make recommendations


Qualifications:
Requirements for the position:
• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, or relevant field, OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 6 years of related experience
• Supervisory/leadership experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Solid organizational and communication skills
• Ability to adapt to a changing work environment and shifting priorities

Salary Hiring Range: $88,000 – 110,000/annualized

Successful candidate will be required to complete a drug screen and background check prior to employment.
