The Hamilton County Sheriff\'s Office (Cincinnati, OH) is looking for an experienced Law Enforcement Analyst to perform non-sworn work developing and analyzing criminal intelligence information in support of various divisions of the Hamilton County SO, including Patrol and CIS. This will involve creating and identifying criminal networks, for both proactive and reactive situations. It will involve the creation of crime-trend maps and patterns to assist the department with the basis of Intelligence-led Operations. Analysts will assist in the day-to-day operations of the Real-time Operations Center.

Qualifications:
• Master’s Degree in Criminal Justice is preferred. A Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice will be considered based on practical job experience.
• Experience with Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite, ArcGIS, intelligence databases, and report writing.
• Preferred candidates to have completed Foundations of Intelligence Analysis Training (FIAT). Prefer candidate to be a Criminal Intelligence Certified
Analyst (CICA) through IALEIA or a Certified Law Enforcement Analyst (CLEA) through IACA. Academic certificates in crime / intelligence analysis may
also be considered.
