o Job Description

o Responsibilities of the Sales Professional include, but are not limited to:
o Identify and execute parts, pumps, and new equipment sales opportunities
o Ability to develop strategic plans and accurate forecasts for accounts
o Ability to develop assigned sales territory (Kappe Associates Western Division. Western PA and West Virginia)
o Grow and maintain new and existing accounts
o Stay up to date on latest trends in (Water & Wastewater Treatment Technologies)
o Ability to solve customer challenges using products we represent
o Must be aware of the customer\'s vision and be proactive in the process of providing solutions
o Ability to establish and expand relationships with decision makers within each customer organization
o Enthusiastically visiting plants daily throughout our given territory
o Customer driven – Providing a quality customer experience
o Strong understanding of process
o Communicate well with others internally and externally, and be able to resolve unique customer issues proactively
o Ability to form partnerships and skillset to be a collaborative contributor



Qualifications:
o Qualifications of the Sales Professional include, but are not limited to:
o Must have strong customer-service oriented mentality
o Possess an understanding of parts, pumps, and equipment relevant to our industry
o Computer literate
o Organized and detail oriented
o Excellent oral and written communication skills
o Experience generating solutions and proposals
o Good analytical and problem-solving skills
o Self-starter demonstrated ability to work productively with minimal supervision
o Experience maintaining strong, long-term customer relationships with significant add-on/repeat partnerships
o Acceptable driving record required according to company guidelines
o Be willing to travel in and out of territory
