As you may recall, this issue only related to trunk locks for 2010 and prior Dodge Charger Pursuit vehicles. This is to inform you that this solution is now available through Mopar if you still need to pursue it. The new bracket is designed similarly to the bracket used on the 2011 and newer Dodge Charger Pursuits. The new bracket reinforces the lock cylinder and is easily installed. The part number for the newly designed bracket is 68260626AA with a marginal cost of $14 MSRP. To order, please provide your local FCA US LLC dealership with the part number and required quantity and they will place the order.
