| Membership Approves Revised By-Laws for IAPRI The IAPRI membership has approved the change in By-Laws proposed by the Board of Directors. The changes were approved with 80% acceptance, 12% against and 8% of the members abstaining. The number of members voting was 34% of the eligible members. Unfortunately, this is very typical whether voting electronically or in person at membership meetings. Now the board is going to complete its review and changes to the Operating Policies as they relate to Section 2. Membership of IAPRI and Section 3. Rights and Duties of Members. It is anticipated that Corporate type members will be included under the Full Member category. The board is also reviewing who might be considered, at this time, under the Other category.
