Abstracts can be submitted through the IAPRI Proposal Submission system for peer-review and general streams. All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. One registration account is limited to a maximum of 2 papers.

Following is the step-by-step process along with dates:

Step 1: Submit a one-page abstract in the IAPRI Proposal Submission system if you wish to participate in either the general or peer-review stream by January 31, 2023. Link for Abstract Submission: [here]

Step 2: The IAPRI Conference Scientific Committee reviews the abstracts submitted and notifies the applicant about the acceptance of the paper, either for general stream or peer-review stream by February 15, 2023.

Step 3:

a. Authors whose abstracts are accepted for peer-review stream, should follow Packaging Technology and Science(PTS) Journal Instructions [here] and should submit the full manuscript online by February 15 , 2023.

b. Authors whose abstracts are accepted for general stream, should submit full manuscript in the IAPRI Proposal Submission system by April 30, 2023.

Please Note:

• All Authors should submit the abstract and follow Abstract Rules & Guidelines [here].
• General Stream Abstract should be in English 150 - 300 words. Peer Review abstracts shall contain 300-500 words
• .docx/ pdf file formats are accepted.
• Please ensure all abstracts / papers are proofread and checked for accuracy prior to submission. Once submitted, changes cannot be made during the review process. If accepted, minor revisions may be made prior to final submission.
• Papers submitted through the peer review stream will be published in Packaging Technology and Science, respecting the journal's editorial policy.
• If accepted for general stream, authors must be prepared to submit a proceeding full paper and follow Proceeding Full Paper Template.
• Papers submitted through the general stream will be published in the conference proceedings.
• Since this is a Member Conference, all submitters must be affiliated with a member institution or corporation. You must have access via member login to the IAPRI website.
