| Visa Needed if you are planning to attend the IAPRI Member Conference in Mumbai For everyone planning to attend the IAPRI Member Conference in Mumbai as a foreign participant you must obtain a visa. It is very important that you complete our information form right away. This is only asking your Name, Nationality, Country of Birth, Passport Number, Job Title, and Organization. You do not need to have registered yet for the conference or have any travel information to complete the form. The organizer (SIES School of Packaging) needs everyone’s information so they can obtain the Political Clearance Document from the Indian Ministry. Once this document is received, the organizer will email both (the invitation letter and Political Clearance Document) to all the registered participants, in about a week's time. Visa on arrival is only available to Nationals of Japan, Korea, and UAE. After receiving the above two documents, the participant can apply online for the e-Conference Visa through https://indianvisaonline.gov.in/evisa/tvoa.html (NOTE: this is the ONLY website for Indian e-visa online applications).
