Running February through November, this program combines structured learning with meaningful peer connection—giving participants the tools, confidence, and community to grow as leaders.\n\nProgram Overview\n\nOver the course of the year, participants engage in a blend of workshops and cohort-based experiences, including:\n\n\n	\n	Six GiANT-based leadership workshops focused on mindset, communication, competency, influence, and long-term leadership path-building.\n	\n	\n	Monthly peer-processing lunches designed to help participants apply what they’re learning, navigate challenges, and support one another.\n	\n	\n	Two cohort dinners that foster deeper connection, reflection, and community-building.\n	\n\n\nThis unique mix of structured curriculum and peer support proved to be one of the most valuable elements for participants.\n\nWhy Empowered?\n\nThe construction industry continues to face a pressing need for strong, capable leaders—and women remain an under-tapped leadership resource.
