Trial Workshop Series III of III
The next time you take a case to trial, the skills you will pick up from listening to these presenters will give you the confidence you need to go in fight for your client. The program is geared around the conceptual framework to begin thinking about the strategy, as opposed to the nuts and bolts, of effective presentation to a jury.
Two fact patterns will be given to you upon registration. In order to get the most out of this program, YOU ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED to read the fact patterns a few days ahead of time, and to prepare the opening statement you would give to the jury. You will then hear the presenters give the plaintiff’s opening statement and the defense opening statement on each of the fact patterns.
October 3, 2019: Closing Statements
Delmas A. Costin, Jr.
Bennitta Joseph – Joseph & Norinsberg LLC
Lee Bantle – Bantle & Levy LLP
Scott T. Baken – Jackson Lewis LLP
Chris Davis – Law Office of Christopher Q. Davis
If there is sufficient interest, these presentations will be followed by a real trial bootcamp with extensive interactive participation and critique. You owe it to your clients and to yourself to develop these essential, invaluable and rewarding skills.
