During this two-day clinical training, the ADOS-2 will be presented. In addition to seminar, examples from video, and time for discussion, Dr. Hundley will administer the ADOS to two children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).   Workshop participants will observe the administration and begin learning to make the behavioral codes. 

• Day one will focus on Modules 3-4, which are appropriate for children, adolescents, and adults who have ASD and fluent speech.
• Day two focuses on Modules 1-2, which are used with children who have ASD and are nonverbal up to those who speak in phrases.

 
An overview of the toddler module will be provided. The training will also include information on ADOS psychometrics and writing up the ADOS in reports.

The Indiana Psychological Association (IPA) is approved by the American Psychological Association (APA) to sponsor continuing education for psychologists. The Indiana Psychological Association maintains responsibility for this program and its content. 

IPA is approved by the Indiana State Psychology Board and Indiana Behavioral Health Board to provide Category 1 continuing education for psychologists, LSW, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LMFTA, LCAC and LAC. 

Licensees must judge the program’s relevance to their professional practice.

Continuing Education Credit
   
APA rules require that credit be given only to those who attend the entire workshop and complete evaluations for each individual session.  IPA requires those arriving to the workshop more than 15 minutes late after the scheduled start time OR leaving early will not receive CE credits.  Partial credits cannot be given. 
 

• Complete Sign In/Sign Out document throughout two day training session;
• Complete furnished Program Evaluation for EACH workshop;
• Provide full name and valid email address for IPA to distribute documentation credit.
