Details:Join PESA for a lunch-and-learn roundtable discussing how oil and gas service companies address dropped objects.

Speakers will share best practices followed by a roundtable with open discussion and Q&A. Hosted by the PESA Health & Safety Committee.

Bios
Andrew Hanson, Regional HS&E Manager, Well Site Services, Oil States Energy Services
Andrew joined Oil States Energy Services(OSES) in 2017 and currently serves as the Regional HS&E Manager for South Texas, West Texas, and the Gulf of Mexico. Andrew served six years of active duty the in United States Air Force (USAF) before joining the oil and gas industry in 2008. He has 17 years of combined experience with military aviation, oil and gas, and transportation industries totaling nine years in safety leadership roles. Andrew has proven to be effective in creating an environment of change driving positive results to improve safety, customer service, and productivity. Andrew is recognized as a certified Director of Safety through the North American Transportation Management  Institute (NATMI).

Jason Segal, Manager HSE Programs - EMS, TechnipFMC
Jason graduated in 2004 with a degree in Occupational Safety & Health and a minor in Aviation, and he obtained his private pilot’s license in 2000. He has 13 years of oil and gas experience in HSE including work in both the upstream and downstream areas. Jason has been with TechnipFMC for eight years holding HSE roles in the following: Surface Wellhead, Subsea Services, Global Subsea Services and EMS. He currently manages several focal projects within EMS including: Global eJSA / eHRA, DROPS Program and Serious Incident & Fatality Prevention Program (SIFP)
