Rep. Mark McBride Mark was elected to the Oklahoma House of Representatives in 2012. A lifelong conservative Republican, Mark represents District 53 which encompasses most of Moore, the state's seventh largest city. He served on the Energy and Natural Resources Committee for six years including serving as Vice-Chair for four. He also serves on the Executive Board of Directors for the Energy Council and the Southern States Energy Board. A fifth generation Oklahoman, Mark attended Northwestern Oklahoma State University and has worked in farming and ranching as well as the oil and gas industry in Oklahoma.
Zack Lee, Vice President of Government and Legal Affairs, the Petroleum Alliance of Oklahoma Zack oversees all matters of policy, including in the Legislature, the courts and regulatory bodies such as the Corporation Commission. Zack spent two years at the government relations firm of FKG Consulting prior to joining The Petroleum Alliance. While at FKG Consulting, Zack worked on a myriad of issues such as energy, natural resources, technology, transportation and health care. Zack graduated the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 2014 and is admitted to practice law in all Oklahoma state courts and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma and the Eastern District of Oklahoma. Zack also graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 2011 with a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology.
Katie Altshuler, Government & Community Relations Lead, Marathon Oil Company Katie is the Government & Community Relations Lead for Marathon Oil Company in Oklahoma City. She serves on the Executive Committee and the Workforce Oversight Committee of the Oklahoma Governor’s Council for Workforce and Economic Development, and she is Vice Chair of the State Chamber of Oklahoma Energy Committee. Katie is also a Board member for the Energize for Safety Coalition. She previously served as the Policy & Federal Affairs Director for Oklahoma Governor Mary Fallin and in various roles in the United States Senate on the staffs of Senators Don Nickles and John Kyl. An Oklahoma native, she has a B.A. in Government and a Minor in Art History from Sweet Briar College in Virginia. Cancellations for refund must be received by November 12, 2019.
