Join the Central Section of CA APA for an exciting program and in-person tour featuring the City of Fresno's first BRT line along the Blackstone/Ventura/Kings Canyon corridor! Presentations will focus on the challenges and opportunities associated with planning and implementing the BRT from the ground-up. The tour will provide an opportunity for planners to become familiar with biggest transit investment in Fresno’s history, including the Ticket Vending Machines, riding the BRT, and learning about the multiple planning processes involved to bring local and regional land use and transportation goals to fruition.
Not a member of APA? No problem! This event is open to professional planners associated with any professional organization(s). In fact, a special welcome to all of our friends with the Association of Environmental Professionals (AEP), whom we have the opportunity to collaborate with on a regular basis.
