There was an alarming number of civil disturbances in the United States in 2020, with the potential for more such activity in 2021. From protests to riots to looting, these events are affecting the insurance and reinsurance industry. This presentation will focus on the scope of these damages, coverage issues relating to them, and considerations for industry participants going forward in a more uncertain political climate.
