Erin Clark is a principal with Deloitte Consulting LLP in the Corporate and Business Unit Strategy practice of the US Strategy service line Monitor Deloitte. Her primary areas of focus include capability transformation, human capital strategy, and executive development. Erin has served clients across a variety of industries, including automotive, biotech, consumer goods, government, manufacturing, medical devices, and pharmaceuticals. 

Jonathan Pearce

U.S. Leader, Workforce Strategies


Jonathan Pearce is a Consulting Principal at Deloitte with 20 years of experience guiding clients in executing human-centric business transformation, developing talent strategies and better aligning workforce programs to business priorities. Jonathan advises the C-Suite on large scale initiatives to unlock new enterprise value by reshaping workforces in the context of the Future of Work. Jonathan leads Deloitte’s Workforce Strategy practice and the development of our partner ecosystem and technology.

Bonnie Houston

Chief Administrative Officer


Bonnie Houston is Chief Administrative Officer for NOV. In this role, she is responsible for the Company’s human resources, organizational development, physical security and travel functions. Previously, she served as Senior Vice President Human Resources and Administration. Bonnie joined National Oilwell Varco in 2005 as part of the Next Generation Program, and has since held various roles in HR, most recently serving as Director of Organizational Development. Bonnie obtained her Bachelor of Science in Economics from Texas A&M University and her Master’s of Business Administration from Rice University.

Maria Lorente
Schlumberger
Human Resources Director


Maria Lorente is Human Resources Director for Schlumberger. With more than 18 years experience in eight different countries, Maria has worked with colleagues from over 100 nationalities and diverse backgrounds. Her experience includes positions such as Field Engineer, where she oversaw a crew to deliver services to clients in both land and offshore operations; Line management positions leading operational teams of up to 300 employees; and functional roles such as HR Director of an organization of 20,000 employees.
