FRIDAY, JUN 24      (Registration)    NEW Block Party w/DJ
SATURDAY, JUN 25     (Tournament)
Tarpon Rodeo Pavilion- Grand Isle, LA.


PLEASE READ ALL RULES AND INFORMATION AS THERE ARE CHANGES FOR THIS YEAR
This is a private event for members and participants ONLY.  It is closed to the public. 
Participant bracelets are required for all events
.
All covid requirements by the state of Louisiana at the time of the event will apply.

Thursday June 23:  Shrimp Boil Social 6:30pm - until.  Bring your own drinks and we will have the music and food.  
                                 Please RSVP to Shane Crochet  by JUNE 10, 2022
                                 Cornhole Tournament - Registration begins @ 6:00pm, Bags fly @ 7:00pm.  Entry fee $50.  Click here for more information.
                                 You can register for the Cornhole Tournament when you register for the Fishing Rodeo or click here just to register for the Cornhole Tournament.

Friday June 24: Registration 2:00pm- 9:00pm- If you have not turned in your release forms and registered by 9:00pm then you will not be able to turn in your fish.

Saturday June 25: Weigh-In:   All division weigh is between 2:00pm and 4:00pm
                    You must be in line by 4:00 or you will NOT be able to weigh your fish.
Awards will start promptly at 5:00 pm

Inshore Guided Division:
  • Heaviest Spotted Seatrout (Speck) State laws apply
  • Heaviest Red Drum (Redfish) 16”-27” CANNOT BE A BULLRED by Louisiana Law, State Law applies
  • Heaviest Trout Stringer consisting of 3 Spotted Seatrout (Speck), State Laws apply
  • Heaviest Sheephead
Inshore Unguided Division:
  • Heaviest Spotted Seatrout (Speck) State laws apply
  • Heaviest Red Drum (redfish) 16”-27” CANNOT BE A BULLRED by Louisiana Law, State laws apply
  • Heaviest Trout Stringer consisting of 3 Spotted Seatrout (Speck) State laws apply
  • Heaviest Sheephead
Offshore Division:
  • Heaviest Red Snapper (If season applies)
  • Heaviest Cobia (Lemon Fish)
  • Heaviest Mangrove Snapper
ALL: Events pertaining to the fishing rodeo will be held at the Jefferson Parish Tarpon Rodeo Pavilion. It is directly behind the Grand Isle Marina (formerly Sand Dollar Marina) address: 158 Sandollar Ct., Grand Isle, LA 70358
 
Sponsorships:
Operator Sponsorship - This sponsorship is reserved for Operators Only (Pipeline, Production, Drilling, Etc)

Gold $2000- includes 2 fishing teams-Company logo or name on the trophies as well as banner
Silver $1500 - Includes 1 fishing team- Company Logo or name on the give away bags and name on banner. You can also supply merchandise to put inside of the bag.
Hospitality Sponsor $800 - includes 1 fishing team and 1 cook spot. Space is tight so please contact Robin Banta to discuss your cooking area.
Trophy Sponsor-$1000 Includes 1 fishing team, company logo goes on trophy
General Sponsor  $500-  your logo goes on the banner and will be announced at the awards ceremony.
Fishing Team $500
All sponsorships are a first come first serve basis, however if you have been a sponsor in the past you will have first right of refusal for your sponsorship.

Raffle Tickets are available for $5 each
