Tracie has a Commerce degree with a major in Marketing from the University of Saskatchewan.

Tracie’s career involved time spent in a variety of industries before landing in energy in 2010 and finding her passion. In 2012, Tracie assumed the role of VP of Business Development for a privately held oilfield equipment manufacturing company, Drillform Drilling Equipment, which designs and manufactures new automated drilling equipment solutions. In the spring of 2018, she founded her own company, Silverstream Energy Solutions to support energy companies seeking to improve safety, productivity and reduce maintenance costs in artificial lift. Focused on improving operational efficiencies on rod pumped wells, she is currently building a network of industry partners, as Silverstream expands their customer base in Canada and in the US. She grew up on a grain farm, has been happily married for 29 years and has proudly raised two extraordinary young men, aged 19 and 21.  She is an avid believer that what you get out of life, is equal to the effort you put in, and every day doesn’t go as planned, so attitude is everything.
