WEFMAX registration is complimentary for all attendees. Guests are welcome to attend the socials at a fee of $100 US per guest. You will be able to pay for your guest(s) when you register for WEFMAX.

The WEA of Utah has blocked a limited number of hotel rooms at The Westgate Park City with a special standard guest room rate of $135 USD or $180 USD for a one bedroom villa plus taxes charged per night. This rate is only available until 5:00 pm local time on April 15, 2024. The Hotel will honor the room block rate 3 days pre/post of the event based on availability. Attendees are responsible for making their own reservations by contacting the hotel directly. Please reference “UT WEFMAX 2024” when making your reservation in the room block. Please note a one-night deposit will be due upon booking your room. Cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to arrival. Any cancellations made after 72 hours forfeit the deposit as a penalty. The deposit is fully refundable if the cancellation is made 72 hours prior to arrival.
Your reservation must be guaranteed with a major credit card to avoid a cancellation fee of one night room and tax for an individual reservation. The hotel must receive notification of cancellation no later than 5:00 pm, 72 hours before arrival date of the reservation. Credit identification will be required from each individual at check-in. Room rate will be charged to the individual’s account. Rooms have been blocked from May 15 – Thursday May 17 with an option to reserve 3 days prior and after WEFMAX. Check-In time is 4:00 pm | Check-Out time is 10:00 am.

HOTEL PARKING
Parking is complimentary for all guests. The Resort will provide one parking pass for each Studio Suite or One Bedroom Villa and two parking passes for each Two Bedroom Villa. Resort parking may not be available for attendees not staying on property. No oversized vehicle(s) can be accommodated onsite and alternative parking will need to be secured at your own leisure. Valet parking is also complimentary for guests. Please inform WEF Staff if you will not be staying overnight but will drive up each day to attend the meeting, that way, WEF Staff can arrange with the hotel to have your vehicle valet parked (complimentary).
AIRPORT SHUTTLE
The Resort does not offer airport shuttles. Rideshare (Uber/Lyft) is an option, or if you are interested in private group transportation there are many companies that offer a variety of airport transportation services, such as The Driver Provider, Snow Country, or Snowbound. Canyons Transportation is also an option you can explore. Salt Lake City International Airport is a 43-minute drive from the Resort.
