Launched in 2023, as part of the 20th Anniversary of Michigan Main Street, the Main Street Solution Center is a comprehensive online resource library providing guides and best practices for downtown revitalization and economic development. New for 2024, the Solution Center has been updated with over 30 new resources! The Solution Center is free and available to all communities working on downtown economic development initiatives. Solution Center resources are available in 8 main categories including Business, Real Estate, Events, Marketing, Preservation, Place, Capacity, and People.
Just in time for summer the MEDC has several brand new event resources to help your organization create, manage and evaluate strategic events. The MEDC has also developed a guide for building a marketing and promotion plan to help your community build a positive image and attract visitors to add to the vitality of your downtown district. Leigh Young will guide us through this easy to use (and FREE) resource!
