Event Description
Here’s your Last Chance to join us to convince state legislators to vote for a budget that includes a direct child care increase! We are asking for a $284 million Recruitment and Retention Fund to maintain and increase the child care workforce.
Across the state we have seen a net loss of 585 licensed child care providers (Center, Group and Family) since 2019 -- the last year before the pandemic. It’s still happening in 2024!
