About the Lead Instructor
The Instructor for CNSLT 317 will be Paige Gilligan, CAC.

Ms. Gilligan has over 30 years of management and training experience across various industries. Currently as a risk management consultant for Risk Mitigators & Advisors, Ms. Gilligan mentors professional individuals interested in learning the agricultural valuation space. Being passionate about sharing agriculture with others, she spends her spare time volunteering for several organizations where she also serves as a leader and instructor. She has a proven ability to tailor instruction to real-world scenarios and utilize multiple teaching methods to ensure an engaging and effective learning environment.

Having coursework remain relevant is a top priority for Ms. Gilligan. As such, she has participated in the development of chattel appraisal classes that were delivered in an in-person manner as well as in a self-paced online learning experience. She regularly introduces new products and ideas to students to help inspire the next generation of agricultural leaders.

As an instructor, Paige ignites the spark of agricultural innovation in adult learners, helping established professionals and new-to-the-field entrepreneurs thrive. With 25+ years of experience in diverse agricultural settings, she translates cutting-edge information into practical solutions to solve real-world challenges. Her expertise spans valuations, operational/resource management, and strategic planning. Her ability to customize instruction to meet individual needs and goals is an asset to the company and the industry.
