Keith Peterka is an audit partner at Citrin Cooperman with over 25 years of experience working with both SEC registrants and privately held companies on complex accounting and auditing issues. Keith’s focus is on technology and software clients, as well as retail, distribution, and manufacturing clients.

He was a member of the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) Inspections Division in New York, and has worked with SEC Registrants on complex accounting and auditing issues, especially in the technology and software industries.

Sirena Johnson is a partner and co-practice leader of the firm’s Government Contracting Practice. Sirena specializes in providing audit, consulting, and accounting services to government contractors, technology companies, and employee benefit plans.  
Prior to joining Citrin, Sirena was a partner at another leading accounting and professional services firm. She has been awarded the George Mason University Alumni Association’s Alumni Service Award and the School of Business Alumni Service Award, and was named a Prominent Patriot for George Mason University in 2017. Sirena has also been named a “Super CPA” by the Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants (VSCPA) and the Virginia Business Magazine in the category of Small Business Consulting.
