Emerging Pro: Leadership Workshop + Ropes Course

The main workshop will focus on a workstyle self-assessment called DiSC that categorizes people based on four traits (Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Conscientiousness) to understand workplace behavior. By utilizing this assessment, leaders can align employee strengths with business needs, ensuring that every team member is positioned for success. The workshop will include focus on various styles of intercommunication, both with speaking and non-speaking elements meant to challenge the team is both standard and potentially unusual ways.

The goals of the day are, upon finding the results of the first assessment, to open new ways of thought on how to problem solve by thinking of unique angles and methods of communication to provide insight into answers that might not be readably apparent, and to provide thoughtful moments that might assist on providing moments of clarify when tackling difficult problems in the workspace. 

The workshop will be followed by the ropes course which does focus on teamwork and overcoming your fears.

Participants will move through a combination of:

• Team-building initiatives tailored to group dynamics and leadership goals
• Aerial challenge course elements, featuring multiple obstacles and a guided progression based on comfort and ability

All activities are designed to be inclusive and adaptable to varying levels of experience, with facilitators guiding the group throughout the program.
