John Garra is Principal of Square One Architecture and Square One Accessibility Consulting. A recognized expert in architecture, accessibility, and building code compliance, he was appointed by Governor Ron DeSantis to the Florida Building Commission, where he helps shape, maintain, and interpret Florida's building codes. With more than 20 years of experience, John works with property owners and managers to navigate complex code requirements and building compliance.

Jeffery Gross, AIA
Jeffery Gross is a retired architect and former President of Jeffery Gross & Associates. Throughout his career, he specialized in accessibility, healthcare facilities, and building code compliance, becoming a recognized authority on Florida's accessibility standards and commercial building requirements. A longtime member of the Florida Building Commission and BOMA's representative to the Commission, Jeff continues to play an active role in the development and interpretation of Florida's building codes, providing valuable insight to commercial property professionals.
