Setting the Stage for Excellence: Join us for the TOBY Awards Event Planning Kick-Off
The Outstanding Building of the Year (TOBY®) Awards is a competition that allows commercial property management teams to showcase their management and leadership. It helps the industry set a standard for excellence. Every year, our local association honors our entrants and winners in grand style at the BOMA Fort Lauderdale/Palm Beaches TOBY® Awards Gala.
The competition and awards gala (often compared to The Oscars® of commercial real estate) is organized by a committee of dedicated members. We invite you to join the TOBY 2026 committee. The TOBY® committee is the best place to build relationships, expand your knowledge of commercial property management, and show off your leadership abilities. Our sub-committees include: Call for Entries, Judging, Sponsorship and Day-of.

- Must be a paid member to serve on a committee.
- Please be able to attend at least 5 of the 8 scheduled meetings to ensure continuity.
- You do not have to be on the committee to enter your building or to be a TOBY Judge. We will have a separate training session for judging.
