Setting the Stage for Excellence: Join us for the TOBY Awards Event Planning
The Outstanding Building of the Year (TOBY®) Awards is one of BOMA's most prestigious programs, recognizing excellence in commercial property management and building operations. Each year, property management teams showcase their achievements while helping set the standard for excellence throughout the industry.
Locally, BOMA Fort Lauderdale/Palm Beaches celebrates our entrants and winners at the annual TOBY Choice Awards Gala, one of the association's premier events.
Behind every successful competition is a dedicated team of volunteers, and we invite you to be part of it.
Serving on the TOBY Committee is an opportunity to build meaningful industry relationships, gain a deeper understanding of the awards process, develop your leadership skills, and help shape one of BOMA Fort Lauderdale/Palm Beaches' signature programs.
Whether you're a longtime TOBY participant or looking for a new way to get involved, we'd love to have you join the team.

- Must be a paid member to serve on a committee.
- Please be able to attend at least 5 of the 8 scheduled meetings to ensure continuity.
- You do not have to be on the committee to enter your building or to be a TOBY Judge. We will have a separate training session for judging.
