Talking Shit session: Supporting the Farmers Who Support Biosolids
Event Description
Join us for a virtual Talking Shit session! Created by NEBRA’s Membership Committee, these sessions are intended to allow members to share the challenges, stories, and lessons that come with the working with biosolids in a safe, informal, and empathetic space. The 30-minute “flushing” sessions feature an invited speaker offering the “Main Flush” on a selected theme, followed by opportunities for participants to share their own brief stories while others listen with respect and understanding. Guided by a facilitator who helps coordinate the flow—not the content—the meeting is designed to build connection, encourage honest conversation, and remind participants that there is value in simply being heard by people who understand the realities of the business.
