Get ready for the NCSLVA Summer Summit! We are excited to invite members to our upcoming Summer Summit on Thursday, July 16th at Topgolf University in Charlotte. This year’s event will focus heavily on Workforce Development which is one of the most important challenges and opportunities facing our industry today!
As companies across North Carolina continue searching for ways to recruit, train, and retain talent, this event is designed to provide practical ideas, real-world solutions, and collaborative discussion to help move our industry forward.

- From Justin Derham who leads the Low Voltage Program at Universal Technical Institute all about the program and how to access graduates
- How to launch workforce development programs within schools across North Carolina
- How to build grassroots workforce development efforts throughout our membership
- Where to find the NCSLVA Workforce Development Toolkit
- How to structure onboarding and employee development using NCSLVA training resources
In addition to the educational sessions, we will hear from sponsors and also hold an important NCSLVA Membership Meeting, including updates and voting related to proposed bylaws changes.
This will be an outstanding opportunity to network with fellow members, share ideas, and help shape the future of workforce development within North Carolina’s security and low voltage industry.
