API / Integrations


MemberLeap offers a variety of solutions to integrate with third party software. API calls can be made available, data feeds that can be exposed, as well as existing interfaces for common software that can be implemented.

While we do not have an open API, our programming team can work with you to gather specific information relevant to your needs through an API discovery process. They will perform any necessary testing and provided documentation on how to use an API. They will be able to provide associated initial setup costs as well as monthly fees to help with ongoing maintenance and upgrades.

NOTE: Since third party software is constantly changing, and MemberLeap is constantly growing and changing, it is possible the APIs, feeds, and interfaces may not encompass all modules or features of our software or theirs.

Upload / Data Import

If your member data is managed by a parent organization and you want to have this data automatically updated from this parent organization, this can be done either by offering a custom data upload, so that CSV data that is exported from the parent organization can be uploaded to our system. Alternatively, a direct feed of data from the parent organization can be imported on a periodic basis and used to make updates to your MemberLeap member data.

Direct API Calls

Several APIs are available to allow for querying and exporting member and event data, importing data, and more. The usage of these APIs is managed very closely by our programming department. If you have a need to directly integrate our system in this way, please discuss your specific needs with one of our sales consultants.


Data Feeds

(Available with Silver, Gold, or Platinum Plans)

One of the simpler ways to integrate our system with another is to export a data feed, which can then be consumed by third party software.

RSS Feeds

RSS feeds are provided with the calendar of events, news, and member press release modules. This common XML format is used to publish frequently changing data on the web, which allows you to publish events and news that can be re-published on other sites. 

Member Data Feeds

We also have member data XML feeds and JSON feeds that we can turn on as well, if you need to integrate with other systems.

Other

Other data feeds from event registration, calendar, and other modules of our system are also available.

Single Sign-On (SSO)

(Available with Gold and Platinum Plans)

Our programming team can set up a single sign-on option, so members can easily log in to third party software systems directly from our member portal with the same login credentials they use to access the portal.

Not all aspects of integration are available with all of these interfaces, so contact us about the feature depth involved in the interfaces. They will be associated initial setup costs as well as monthly fees to help with ongoing maintenance and upgrades.
