Position Description: 
This employee performs preventative maintenance and repairs on buildings, equipment, and systems to ensure they function at their optimal performance while complying with all safety standards.

Duties/ Responsibilities: 
A maintenance technician must be able to follow directions and have a willingness to learn multi-crafts including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, and electronic skills. Other responsibilities include: Analyzing equipment failures and working to resolve issues; Willingness to work in inclement weather; and being available to work overtime if necessary.

Education/ Experience/ Skills Required:
High School Diploma. Preference is given for applicable experience and/or relative certifications, licenses, etc. Employee should have strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks. Employee must possess a willingness to learn various skills (e.g. welding, pipe fitting, reading electrical schematics, programming various electronic equipment, mechanical techniques, and procedures, etc.) Employee needs effective communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. Must have problem-solving skills to identify issues and recommend solutions.

Salary:
Dependent on experience and/or specific skills.
