The Director of Development will lead fundraising efforts for the Leadership Giving team. Collaborating closely with the Assistant Vice President for Central Teams, they will design a comprehensive fundraising plan and strategy for selected areas. Responsibilities include meeting with key prospects and individual donors, cultivating relationships, soliciting gifts, and managing all fundraising activities for assigned portfolios. They must meet clearly defined annual metrics and have experience managing multiple priorities and donor/client relationships.
