Slate Canyon Eye Care (inside the Provo Target Optical) is seeking an optometrist to start part-time (3 days), eventually working up to 5 days per week. Our office is only 1 year old with excellent, new equipment including Essilor digital phoropter, Eidon ultra-widefield fundus camera, auto-refractor, NCT, and Oculus EasyField. This is a newer location and is still building up its patient base, but will see on average between 7-13 patients (and growing) per day in 30 minute appointment slots.

This is a 1099 position with competitive daily rate and production bonus. Open to negotiations.
