Pearle Vision in Murray is currently seeking an optometrist to fill a permanent, part-time
independent-contractor role at our clinic. We are located in the heart of the Salt Lake Valley at the
intersection of I-15 and I-215 with easy freeway access making for a convenient
commute. As a 1099 contractor we will offer a base daily rate + production bonus for
each appointment, though we are open to other pay structures for the right person.

We accept all major vision insurances and some medical insurances. All equipment is
in good working order, including an Optomap. Appointment slots are 20-30 minutes
depending on the day of the week.

The ideal candidate would be asked to fill a minimum of 2 days per week, with a 3rd day
available during the busier season (primarily winter). Current available weekdays are Mon
(mandatory), Tues, and Fri. Only 1 Saturday per month is requested.
