Details:
We are opening a brand-new optometry office inside Costco in St. George and are looking for an optometrist who wants two consistent shifts per week in a busy, high-visibility location.

Schedule (2 days/week):
Sunday: 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM
One weekday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Compensation:
You earn the higher of:
$600 guarantee for the weekday shift
$400 guarantee for the Sunday shift
OR
50% of gross receipts

Optomap Daytona
EHR
