Vendors' Display Day
Friday, February 7, 2025

Dear Vendor:
    The South Jersey Water Professionals Association, in unison with the New Jersey Water Environment Association - South Section, will be co-hosting this year's Annual "Vendors Display Day". The event will once again be held at the Collingwood's Scottish Rite Grand Ballroom located at 315 White Horse Pike Collingswood, NJ  08107. Vendors from both organizations will set up informal tabletop displays to showcase products, equipment and services that are offered to the water, wastewater and public works utilities.
    The Doors Open at 8:00 a.m. for display setup; with continuous viewing of these displays from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Tables (banquet-size) will be available for your tabletop displays; however electrical outlets are limited and cannot be guaranteed. A display that does not require electricity is strongly recommended. NOTE: Space is limited to 68 tables. First come, first served. Your table is not reserved until full payment is received!

NOTE: All Exhibitor Tables will be on the first floor. There will be no reserved tables unless you require more than one table.

In our on-going effort to increase awareness and attendance, two(2) one-hour TCH courses are being held during this event, one at 10:00 a.m. and one at 1:00 p.m.

Lunch will be provided and served on the Mezzanine Level. There will be high-top round tables throughout the room as well as sit-down tables on the Mezzanine Level to allow for mingling and conversation while enjoying lunch. Vendor-sponsored Door Prizes will be announced throughout the entire day, ending with the 50/50 and a Television Prize. We encourage and appreciate Door Prize Donations!!! Please notify Bill LaPorte, NJWEA-South Section Affiliates Committee Chair or John Manganaro, SJWPA, if you wish to donate a Door Prize.

NOTE: We are also looking for Event Sponsors. for a donation of $50.00, your Company will be publicly recognized as an Event Sponsor.

The fee for a table and (1) person is $175.00, which includes (1) one lunch.
Additional lunches are available for $30.00 each.

This is a great opportunity to learn about the latest technologies and services available in our industry, to have your questions answered by qualified representatives, and mingle with fellow operators.
