2023 Coxn/Staff Appreciation Tip Jars

Coxswain/Shore Manager/Coach Appreciation Online "Tip Jars"
We hope, even through this foggy sometimes raining season, you have found your time on the water and around the boathouse to have been enjoyable, sometimes challenging, and always something that leaves you glad you chose to join CMI!
The summer is usually our busiest season and this one proved to have our highest number of participants to date! This meant more rowers, more crews, more organizing, and of course, more staff. We were so fortunate to have many of our last summer's staff return in addition to our rising trainees who have all worked hard to get everyone safely on and off the water while providing a rewarding experience.
This is completely optional, but every year we get requests from rowers and crews interested in providing a monetary gift of thanks to our dedicated staff. We also know they look forward to it and appreciate it as many could often make more money elsewhere, yet most return to CMI! (We like to think it's because of you, our rowers!)
For your convenience you may use our payment portal when using credit cards and/or for simple words of appreciation. If you prefer to use cash, check or venmo, see below.

In addition to our regular coaches for the Youth and Learn To Row, namely Susan Bryant, Jack Buckley, Mike Dick, Abi Kornet, John Liffmann, Liz O'Connell, Karen Shusterman, Emma Taylor, Craig Wolf, and our program director Frank Townsend. Not to mention the countless volunteers who support us year round!
Our returning and new youth staff are:
If you prefer to pass along a check/cash, please feel free to place it with a note in a sealed envelope in the blue pencil box at the boathouse, hand it to Frank or Laura, or bring it to the Coxn/Staff Appreciation event (August 16th 6:30-8:30pm).
If you prefer to use Venmo, please use @Laura-DavidsonKennedy (last four phone digits 2100) with "Coxn Appreciation" as the reference, then email specific details of distribution plus any words of Appreciation you would like passed on to Laura at administrator@rowcmi.org.
