Excellence in Strategy 2025

Strategy categories address strategic planning, implementation of plans, how adequate resources are ensured to accomplish the plans, how accomplishments are measured and sustained, and how plans are changed if circumstances require a change. Award applications are judged based on criteria that are most relevant to identifying the demonstration of outstanding strategy planning, strategy preparation and strategic thinking.
