Create a New OMSSA Members' Portal Account

Registration Overview

Any staff member of a CMSM or DSSAB in Ontario may create a new account and gain access to OMSSA's Members' Portal. ​

In the following screens, you will be prompted to:

  • enter your contact information
  • create a username and password
  • opt-into Member Networks (optional)
