In light of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and recognition that many universities are pulling back from providing resources toward professional development, we have initiated a sponsor-a-member membership drive. For those who are able, we encourage you to consider sponsoring a student or another member by submitting a donation to the MiALA General Fund.

$40 sponsors an individual member for July 1, 2024 - June 30, 2025.
$20 sponsors a student or retiree member for July 1, 2024 - June 20, 2025.

If you have a specific member (individual, student, and/or retiree) in mind who you would like to sponsor, follow up your donation with an email to contact@miala.org with the name & email address of the member that you would like to dedicate your sponsorship to.

If you would just like to participate in the campaign but do not have a specific student in mind, please make a general donation here.
