The Arkansas Agricultural Aviation Association (AAAA) invites you to attend the 62nd Annual Convention on Friday, January 10 - Saturday, January 11, 2025 at Oaklawn Racing Casino Resort in Hot Springs, AR.  A draft convention agenda can be found HERE. 

Please note that the PAASS Program and Pesticide Recertification will be conducted all day on Saturday, January 11.

Hotel Information
All reservations must be made individually through the resort’s Room Reservations Department at the link below or by calling (501)363-4625 by the cut-off date December 11, 2025. Please refer to Booking ID# BKG969 or 2025 AAAA Room Block when calling to make reservation. Other Hotels – Please note these hotels are not associated with the conference and do not have a booking ID or discount code. These are simply other options near the convention.

You can register online at the link at the bottom of the page.  You can pay by credit card or register online and mail in a check.  
* Please remember that the convention expense does not cover your annual dues.  You will have to renew your annual dues separately either online or by check.*

Exhibitors
Sponsorship opportunities can be found Here.  All booths will be 6ft x 30 inches. You will have to option of purchasing an extra booth, but if you need additional space please contact our office. Exhibitor set up will take place in Ballrooms C & B  from 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM on Friday, January 10th, with tear down taking place on Sunday, January 12th or at the conclusion of the Frost Reception & Auction.  (Booths may not be torn down before the end of the reception.)

Our sessions will again be on the same floor and right night door to our exhibit hall so you will have great networking opportunities during our vendor breaks.  Also this year, our Saturday night reception will have some free alcoholic beverages and the auction will be now put on by the AAAA. Please don't forget to bring an item to be auctioned off at the reception. 

We are very excited about the new location but know this may bring up some questions from participants so if you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call!
