1. The first speakers include Robert Ducay, Vice President, Policy, California Hospital Association. Robert will provide a portion of the Legislative Update. Rick Lash, CRCS, AAHAM Western Region President, will present the second portion of the Legislative Update. This update comes from Chad Mulvany, Vice President, of Federal Policy, California Hospital Association.
2. The second speaker is Kathy Janowski, MBA, Western Region Chapter Treasurer, Executive Director, Finance, USC Arcadia Hospital. Kathy will speak on monitoring productivity for team members who work remotely. 3. The closing speaker is Noel Juaire, Executive Director, Hospital and Professional Patient Financial Services, at Stanford Health Care. Noel will speak on Artificial Intelligence and how Stanford Health is addressing it.
