The 2026 Annual Meeting will be held at Christopher Newport University on May 28th, 2026.  There are opportunities to present your research in oral or poster format.  Arrangements for the meeting are underway, but typically there will be a meeting check-in, oral presentations, lunch, a plenary speaker, a poster session, and an awards ceremony.  On May 29th there will be a council meeting, only Council members need to stay until Friday.   

New this year: 

• If you are presenting (poster or talk) titles and abstracts are expected to be submitted at the time of registration!
• Membership is required to attend the meeting. (invited non-member speakers will be gifted a one-year membership)
• T-shirts are available for purchase during registration.  T-shirts will be available for pickup at the meeting. 

Early bird discount ends April 24! 
Requests for talks or posters after May 17th are not guaranteed.
