Coxswain/Coach/Shore Manager Appreciation Online "Tip Jars"
In order to better assist those who expressed interest in providing a monetary gift of thanks to our dedicated staff in appreciation for their online, outdoor, boathouse, and of course, on-the water support (consistently or one off Destination/Race) and teaching throughout our 2022 season, we have set up two tip jars to correspond with our two groups of staff and comment boxes for your convenience.
This has been a year of bringing many of our programs back to the boathouse for a full hands-on experience as well as continuing the Online and Rec Center experiences before and after the summer season. We have created and expanded our younger staff roles as we look to nurture their talents and expand their opportunities. We are so pleased we have been able to offer our previous and current CMI youth rowers an avenue to develop organizational and leadership skills within our home, and in turn support and grow our programs.

In addition to our regular coaches of Youth and Learn To Row, namely John Liffmann, Karen Shusterman, Liz O'Connell, Abi Kornet, Don Trisler, Mike Dick, and our new program director Frank Townsend, we also have many adult volunteers such as our weekly CAbbie Harvey and Mike Pecca, and our fill-ins Ross Reel, Doug McLellan, and Mark Fitzgerald. We also have many shining stars that dedicate their summers to us, and mostly rose up through CMI:
This is completely optional and at your own discretion. You may select any amount or just write in words of thanks. All monetary donations will be distributed as you direct and in full! If you prefer to pass along a check/cash there is still a plastic box at the boathouse for these or if you are interested in Venmo, reach out to administrator@rowcmi.org.
