The Embassy Suites may be sold out of rooms for select nights of the conference. While the conference does not have room blocks elsewhere, there are several other hotels close by and the Embassy Suites has ample free parking.

Early bird registration ends August 1, 2023
Cancelations prior to September 1, 2023 will be refunded minus a cancelation fee of $30.  Cancelations after September 1, 2023 will receive no refund.
